Treatment Team

The Vancouver CBT Centre is comprised of a group of mental health professionals (psychologists and counsellors) with extensive and specialized experience in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The Vancouver CBT Centre also offers psychological services provided by doctoral psychology students completing an adult or teen focused focused practicum under the supervision of clinic psychologists.

The Clinic Directors of the Vancouver CBT Centre are Drs. Mark Lau, Melisa Robichaud, and Maureen Whittal.
